The most common reasons a file is rejected are as follows:
- Unintended spot colors
- Low resolution images
- ICC profiles
- TrueType fonts / Missing fonts
- Any color mode other than CMYK or Grayscale for print publications
- Any color mode other than RGB or Greyscale for online publications
- Bleed & Trim sizes not correct
- Elements out of safety margin
- OPI is used
